About the position

We are looking for an engaged employee with experience in serving and an interest in administration. With a professional demeanor and a smile on your face, you will deliver high-class service to our guests during lunch at Leir Mat & Möten.

The position also includes a roaming role in our receptions, where you will cover for vacancies and absences as needed. The role suits you if you appreciate variety in your tasks and have a strong sense of both structure and guest experience.

You will be an important part of the team at Leir Mat & Möten and work closely with our head chef, reception manager, and other colleagues in service. Together, you will be responsible for welcoming both lunch guests and conference groups in the best possible way.

The working hours are weekdays from 10:30 AM to 3:00 PM, but you are also happy to swap your day at Leir for a shift in reception between approximately 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM when the need arises!

Together, we take a comprehensive approach to everything related to food, meetings, and service for our clients. The group was founded in 1982 and has offices in Stockholm, Jönköping, and Gothenburg.

In March 2024, Carotte Food & Event opened the doors to our second restaurant and conference operation in Gothenburg, Leir Mat & Möten. There, we offer breakfast and lunch as well as conferences, events, and external catering. The concept is based on unique food created from scratch using carefully selected ingredients. For Leir Mat & Möten, we are looking for someone who wants to work with serving during lunchtime but who can also assist in our receptions when needed.

Your profile

We are looking for someone with experience in serving, preferably from à la carte, who truly loves to deliver high-level service. You have a natural hospitality in everything you do and meet both guests and colleagues with warmth, professionalism, and genuine commitment.

We would also like you to:

- Speak and write fluently in Swedish and English

- Have serving experience

- Be unpretentious, flexible, and attentive in your work.

- Have some experience with administrative tasks
