About the role

As a mechanic/service technician with us, you will play an important role in ensuring the operation of our modern production facility in Ystad, where we engage in injection molding and assembly. You will work both preventively and problem-solving in close collaboration with production, technology, and other support functions.

Main responsibilities;

• Perform preventive maintenance according to established service plans
• Troubleshoot, repair, and adjust mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Address urgent operational disturbances and quickly restore production
• Install and commission new equipment and machines
• Document completed maintenance and suggest improvements
• Actively contribute to the development of working methods within operations, service, and maintenance

Your profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a technical education in mechanics, industrial mechanics, automotive technology, or similar
• Has several years of experience in machine maintenance in an industrial environment
• Has knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and reading technical drawings
• Is computer literate and works fluently in the Office suite
• Has experience with welding, turning, milling, or work in maintenance systems (e.g., Idus) - meritorious
• Is practical, solution-oriented, and meticulous
• Enjoys taking responsibility and collaborating with different parts of the organization
