We are one of Sweden's most qualified roofing companies and are growing rapidly. We are now looking for someone who has worked as a roofer or sheet metal worker but is ready to develop further – either as a team leader or technical salesperson, depending on your strengths and goals.

What can you develop into with us?

Team Leader: You lead a team of skilled craftsmen, plan projects, maintain contact with customers, and ensure that everything is executed according to schedule, quality, and safety. A perfect role for you who is structured, enjoys taking responsibility, and has a natural leadership ability.

Technical Salesperson: You meet customers, conduct needs analyses, create solutions, and are a technical expert representing the company outwardly. Perfect for you who enjoy communicating, understanding customer needs, and want to combine technical knowledge with relationship building.

Who are you?

• You have several years of experience as a roofer or sheet metal worker.
• You are curious about developing and taking the next step in your career.
• You are responsible, meticulous, productive, and have good collaboration skills.
• You are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• A valid driver's license (B) is required.

DM TAK is a stable, professional, and long-standing growing company that works with high-quality roofing and roofing services in the Stockholm region. We strive to deliver roofs that last longer. The company currently has 24 employees who collaborate with about 40 subcontractors. The business is based in our premises in Länna Industrial Area.
