Personal Assistant with Supervisory Responsibility in Stockholm

We are currently looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant with supervisory responsibility in Stockholm!

We are looking for someone who, in addition to the role of personal assistant, also wants to take on extended responsibilities as a supervisor for one of our clients. This means that in addition to being a personal assistant, you will also be your client's extended arm and supervise the assistants as they would have done themselves. To fit this role, you should be responsible, solution-oriented, and engaged.

Your assignment includes, among other things:

• leading the daily work and providing support and guidance to other assistants
• ensuring staffing in the assistance together with the staffing managers
• scheduling and planning based on the client's life
• recruiting and ensuring a good start for new assistants
• working with systematic work environment management

In other words, you will be an extra important piece of the puzzle in the client's assistance!

We believe that you are a secure, pedagogical, and initiative-taking person. Previous experience in personal assistance or similar professions is advantageous, but often personal chemistry is what matters. You need to have an understanding of what personal assistance is and that it is based on each individual's needs and wishes.

The idea is that you will share this assignment with a colleague, and with us, you will receive thorough introductory training so that you can feel secure in your role. Since the supervisory responsibility is a particularly extended assignment, an additional responsibility allowance is provided as compensation.
