This position is a direct recruitment, which means that the recruitment process is conducted through Bravura and you will be employed directly by B2B IT-Partner. About the company

B2B IT-Partner is a reseller of IT for businesses. Founded in 2004 with the aim of challenging the big giants in the industry, they currently have around 70 employees and maintain the same goals as at the start. They offer their customers tailored products and services in IT within the business areas of infrastructure, services, clients, and logistics. B2B IT-Partner is a nimble company that can act flexibly and independently to always stay at the forefront of their market offering. Responsibilities

In the role of Account Manager, your primary responsibility is to create and develop business relationships with primarily new customers. You will have the opportunity to build your own portfolio by identifying potential customers, creating contacts, and selling tailored IT solutions according to the customer's specific needs. As an Account Manager, you are responsible for the entire sales process and have the ultimate customer responsibility with the customers you engage with. You will work closely with both the delivery and sales departments to present and develop innovative solutions. Challenging and questioning to offer new perspectives and create real business value for customers will be an important part of your daily work. In addition to creating new relationships, it is also crucial to nurture and strengthen existing customer relationships. Your curiosity about customers' operations related to IT will be the key to success in this role. Through your skills and experience, you will ensure that customers in your portfolio always receive the best solution for their specific needs and conditions.

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Experience in sales within the IT industry with good business results • Experience in working with proactive sales • An interest and good understanding of the IT industry • Knowledge of CRM systems • Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written • B driver's license • Experience in sales within the public sector is a merit In addition to the above requirements, you have a passion for and are driven by sales. You enjoy and are motivated by providing good service and working hard towards both individual and collective goals. Furthermore, you are used to taking a great deal of personal responsibility, are flexible in your work role, and are not afraid of a fast-paced work environment. You are driven to create and maintain good customer relationships and are good at taking the initiative to expand your network. You find it easy to listen and collaborate with others and are business-minded in your relationships. Finally, you are performance-oriented and thrive on working towards high-set goals, both individually and together with your colleagues at B2B IT-Partner.

Start: By agreement Location: Stockholm, Solna with the possibility of hybrid work Salary: Base salary + commission
