We are looking for someone with experience in leading and organizing a large staff group within housekeeping. You have an eye for detail, are a communication whiz, and are passionate about developing your team forward.

You place great importance on creating a good team spirit as well as establishing clear routines and organization for the well-being of your staff.

You will work on behalf of Restaurangassistans at the client's location and together with the hotel's own housekeeper, develop and drive the department to new heights. Guest satisfaction, efficiency, and a fun work environment will be your main tasks.

We are looking for someone who:

• has previous experience in a leadership position within housekeeping at a larger hotel.
• is positive, proactive, loyal, and not afraid of hard work
• is meticulous and has an eye for detail
• has clear leadership skills, a sense of responsibility, and is results-oriented
• is good at motivating and coaching employees
• can communicate in Swedish and English, additional languages are a plus
• is service-minded

• fixed salary and 100% employment
• work is scheduled during weekdays and weekends, but mostly Monday to Friday

Job responsibilities:

• planning, scheduling, and time reporting of staff
• leading, developing, and managing the housekeeping department, 40-60 people depending on the season
• training and onboarding of new staff
• maintaining a quality level that complies with the hotel's guidelines
• room inspections
• responsibility for results and reporting
