Your responsibilities

We work in project form and in close collaboration with relevant technical disciplines. In the role of purchaser, you will participate in/ be responsible for the following points:

· Inquiries and orders in projects

· Shipments and deliveries in projects

· Bank guarantees and letters of credit

· Framework agreements with subcontractors and consulting firms

· Evaluation and qualification of subcontractors

· Corporate insurance

· The company's quality work

Your profile

We are looking for someone with experience in strategic purchasing, logistics, and quality issues in an industrial setting. You have an academic degree, preferably with a technical and/or logistical focus. Experience working in projects, preferably as a project manager, as well as international negotiation experience is an advantage. You have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, enjoys working in a structured manner, and has the ability to meet deadlines. You take responsibility for your tasks and know how to drive your own work forward by working efficiently. You work solution-oriented and organize your work proactively. Since the position involves many different points of contact, it is important that you are communicative and have good collaboration skills. We have the world as our workplace, so there will be some travel involved, sometimes at short notice.
