We are now looking for a dedicated and service-oriented property technician to join our team in Märsta. With us, you will be a key player in ensuring a safe and well-functioning living environment for our tenants.

About the role

As a property technician, you play an important role in the daily maintenance of our properties. You are responsible for repairs, troubleshooting, and service for our tenants and the property as a whole. You are part of a team where we create value together through high service and good contact with our tenants.

Your tasks include:

• Repairs and service 
• General troubleshooting maintenance
• Patrols and supervision to prevent problems
• Participation in systematic fire protection work
• Participation in community activities to strengthen the community in the area

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is responsible, solution-oriented, and has a strong interest in service. You are structured, work independently, and enjoy a role where you have contact with many people. Your work makes a difference every day!

We would like you to have:

• Work experience as a property technician, repairman, or similar
• Driver's license (manual)
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, additional languages are an advantage
• Experience in plumbing, appliances, construction, or carpentry is a plus

We place great importance on your personal qualities and prefer you to be a team player who enjoys taking initiative and driving your work forward. You are service-oriented and understand that everyone needs to take responsibility and deliver high service every day.
