Location: Kinnared & Hyltebruk, as an employee at Gnotec, work at both sites may occur. Scope: Full-time Working Hours: Main working hours in two shifts. Night, weekend, and day shifts may occur. Start: As soon as possible or by agreement About the role As a Press Operator at Gnotec, you will become a key person in the production – ensuring that everything runs smoothly and that each step in the process maintains high quality. You are responsible for feeding raw materials into the production machines, monitoring manufacturing, and acting quickly if something is wrong. With your precision and eye for detail, you ensure that production runs efficiently and safely.
You will also perform basic quality and testing controls to ensure that the final product meets the standards. If you discover technical problems or deviations, you report them directly to the quality manager – you are an important part of keeping production rolling.
You also play a crucial role in developing your technical skills and actively contributing to a safe and quality-conscious work environment. Following the company's routines and instructions is a given – but we also appreciate your input in improving them.
About you We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, good organizational skills, and who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You have a flexible approach and enjoy tackling varied tasks. You can easily switch between different tasks and manage multiple things at once without losing focus.
You are stress-resistant and solution-oriented, while never compromising on quality or safety. You work in a structured manner and have a clear and adaptable communication style that works in contact with different people and roles.

In addition to your personal qualities, we see that you have:
- High school diploma
- At least two years of experience in production
- Forklift license
- Overhead crane training
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
