We are currently looking for a workshop technician for Cold Cut Systems in Kungsbacka at StudentConsulting! Cold Cut Systems was founded in 1989 and is a world leader in fire fighting through cutting extinguishing. Reduced water usage, less water damage after extinguishing, and a safer working environment for firefighters are some of the positive effects of the "coldcut cobra" extinguishing system. As a workshop technician at Cold Cut Systems, you will have a central role in the production and development of the company's machines. You will work with the assembly and testing of machines and products inside the workshop, ensuring that everything works as it should before delivery. The role also involves troubleshooting and minor repairs, documentation of completed work, and contributing to the improvement of production and work processes.

You will work at Cold Cut Systems' workshop in Kungsbacka, where you will assemble and test products, ensure quality, and contribute to efficient production together with a close-knit team.

Your main tasks will consist of:

  • Performing assembly of units for delivery to customers
  • Ensuring that products are packed and delivered according to specifications
  • Reporting deviations and documentation regarding products
  • Loading and unloading of incoming and outgoing deliveries

This is a consulting assignment, meaning you will be employed by us at StudentConsulting and work as a consultant at Cold Cut Systems. The position is planned to start immediately or by agreement and will last at least 6 months, with a good chance of extension. The position is full-time and the work is scheduled during office hours.

THIS IS WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

To succeed in the role, we see that you:

  • Have a high school education in a technical field such as mechanics, hydraulics, and/or automotive electrical (12v/24v) or equivalent experience
  • Have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Have a B driver's license

Experience in mechanics, hydraulics, or automotive electrical is an advantage.
