About the Position

We are now looking for a structured and solution-oriented service leader on behalf of Bravida Fire & Security, who wants to take the next step in their career. Here, you will play a key role in an organization with a strong sense of community and high technical competence. You will also have the opportunity to work with customized security solutions for properties, government agencies, and companies that often have high security requirements. You will work in a team responsible for service and after-sales within security solutions, primarily access control systems and locks. The role is coordinating and communicative, with a strong focus on creating a smooth daily routine for the technicians and secure deliveries to customers.

Your Future Responsibilities 

In this role, you will be responsible for planning and following up on ongoing service assignments, maintaining ongoing contact with both technicians and customers, and ensuring that deliveries maintain high quality. You will work with:

• Planning and coordinating service assignments
• Following up on time, materials, and finances in projects
• Acting as a contact person for both technicians and customers
• Participating in meetings with quarterly customers and following up on deliveries
• Conducting monthly follow-up conversations with technicians (about 6)
• Ensuring a safe working environment and conducting risk observations
• Assisting with administrative tasks and quotes

We are looking for someone who has

You have at least a few years of experience in service management or a similar supervisory role within, for example, electrical, construction, or security. You do not need to be a technical expert in security solutions, but you need to understand the technicians' daily work and be able to lead in everyday situations. Requirements: 

• Experience in service management or a corresponding coordinating role
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Organized finances and a clean record, considering customer requirements
• Driver's license B

We consider it an advantage if you have

• A background as a technician in electrical, plumbing, construction, or security
• Experience with access control systems, locks, or alarms

You thrive in a leadership role where you can combine administrative tasks with building good relationships – both with customers and colleagues. You are patient, cooperative, and have a good sense of service. Juggling multiple tasks and solving issues quickly is a natural part of the job for you.

• Employment Type: Permanent, with an initial probationary period
