Then this recruitment position might be for you! We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician in property management to monitor and optimize the operations of our facilities in cleanroom environments. The role involves maintaining critical systems, ensuring compliance with cleanroom standards, and contributing to the continuous improvement of facility infrastructure to support advanced manufacturing processes. The role is daytime-based.

Responsibilities

Your main areas of responsibility include:

• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance of cleanroom infrastructure and support systems such as ventilation systems, pure water systems, chemical distribution systems, and gas systems.
• Monitoring and maintaining critical cleanroom conditions such as temperature, humidity, and particle levels.
• Conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with ISO standards for cleanrooms.
• Documenting maintenance activities and ensuring that hired contractors follow good cleanroom practices.
• Working closely with process and production engineers to optimize system performance.
• Providing technical support to contractors and participating in training initiatives.
• Supporting facility-related projects such as equipment installations and system upgrades.
• Acting as a contact person in facility-related emergencies.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has/is:

• A relevant technical education at the high school or university level with a focus on property management and maintenance.
• Practical experience with cleanroom infrastructure and support systems.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting and the ability to monitor contractors.
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, battery manufacturing, or similar is a plus.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• High IT maturity with good knowledge of the Office suite and other relevant systems for the role, as well as experience with AutoCAD or similar systems.
• Certifications such as BAS-P, BAS-U, and Hot Work are advantageous.

The role also includes physical requirements such as:

• The ability to work close to chemicals and use protective equipment.
• The ability to lift up to 25 kg, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
• Extended periods of standing or walking in a cleanroom environment.
• Good dexterity to handle tools and precision equipment.
