SALES MANAGER NORDICS FOR DEGERFORS LONG PRODUCTS

Degerfors Long Products (DLP) is now looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager primarily focused on the Nordic market. Our strength lies in delivering high-quality bar products to customers such as distributors and end customers in the manufacturing and industrial sectors. We now want to grow further in the Nordic market – and that’s where you come in!

RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Sales Manager, your main focus will be to drive sales within the Nordics with both new customer acquisition and development of existing customers. Your main tasks include:

  • New Customer Acquisition: Identify and establish new customer relationships, focusing on steel distributors and other stakeholders.

  • Development of Existing Customers: Deepen collaboration with our established customers to increase market shares and deliveries.

  • Building Long-Term Relationships: Create strong customer relationships and trust, from the first meeting to a stable business relationship.

You will report to our Sales Manager and have great freedom to plan your work. Your location can be flexible – what matters is that you are the right person for the job. The role includes a number of travel days per month, mainly within the Nordics.

PERSONAL QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who is business-driven, self-sufficient, and has a strong desire to succeed. You are a salesperson who enjoys developing new business and has the ability to quickly understand the customer’s needs. Experience from the steel industry or related industries is an advantage, but we value above all:

  • Experience in relationship-based sales.

  • Ability to create new business and develop existing customer relationships

  • High energy and initiative – we are looking for a fearless and entrepreneurial salesperson

  • A network within the steel distribution sector in the Nordics is a big plus.
