Job Responsibilities

As the restaurant/operations manager at O'Learys Karlstad, you will be primarily responsible for ensuring that our restaurant (service, bar, and events) delivers outstanding service to our guests. Your job consists of driving sales, ensuring service levels, developing workgroups, and creating an environment where the guest and employee are always at the center. As a restaurant/operations manager, you will be part of the management team and will work as part of the team.

We are looking for someone who

Has experience in the restaurant industry, in a leadership position with personnel responsibility. We see that you have at least a high school education, speak and write Swedish fluently, and have good knowledge of English.

As a person, you are positive and social while being organized and independent. You take responsibility for your tasks, both in adversity and in success. You are passionate about your work, goal-oriented, and do what it takes for the business to move forward.

You enjoy a fast-paced environment and handle stress well. You are meticulous and believe that details are important for achieving high quality.
