Parts Specialist at Hedin Bil Akalla

As a Parts Specialist, you will have a central role in our repair shop, responsible for ensuring that our technicians have access to the parts they need. In addition, you will actively participate in improvement work and development of existing processes. This versatile role also includes over-the-counter sales, phone consulting, and inventory optimization.

You will be part of a dynamic team of about 10 people, where knowledge sharing and collaboration drive our parts business forward.

Hedin Bil in Akalla, with its impressive 33,000 sqm, is Northern Europe's largest car facility and represents a total of 25 car brands. Being part of this company gives you a unique opportunity to engage with one of Sweden's most influential players.

Your Profile:

We are looking for someone with basic automotive knowledge and a passion for the industry. Organizational skills and a commitment to excellent service are important as you interact daily with the workshop, suppliers, and customers. Good administrative skills and the ability to use the phone and computer as tools are required. A driver's license (B) is necessary, and fluency in Swedish and English is a must.

Automotive technical education or previous experience with parts, as well as familiarity with systems like Cabas or Kobra, are also advantageous. We place great importance on your personal qualities.
