We are looking for a responsible individual to fill the role of Production Leader for pallet and package sorting at night for our client in Hägersten.

As a Production Leader, you will lead the night sorting together with approximately 30 employees. The position involves responsibility for ensuring that the operations during your shift meet set goals and key performance indicators. This includes ensuring that packages and other goods are sorted and distributed according to established routines, as well as working on improvements to these processes. Together with colleagues and the Production Manager, you will be responsible for planning the night operations.

Main Responsibilities

• Leading and participating in the night work
• Ensuring the night operations run smoothly
• Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators
• Ensuring correct routines and work processes
• Working according to LEAN principles
• Administration related to the position

We are looking for someone who recognizes themselves in the following description

• Experience in terminal work.
• Experience in a leadership role
• Class B driver's license and forklift license A1-4 and B1-4
• Experience and comfort working at night
• Good knowledge of the Office suite and a proficient IT user
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and good knowledge of English

Scope and Placement

The position is full-time (100%). Working hours are Mon-Fri from 02:00 to 11:00.

The position is based at our client’s terminal in Hägersten. In 2027, the operations will move to a newly built terminal in northern Stockholm, and we hope you will be part of that transition.
