We offer you

As a Visual Merchandiser at Åhléns, you will be responsible for the store's visual sales environment and work based on a given store concept. You will create an atmosphere that is sales-oriented, varied, and inspiring for the customer. Your mission is to deliver the best customer experience for everyone – always. You will, among other things:

• Plan, execute, and follow up on campaign and activity displays in collaboration with the store's Salespeople
• Actively participate and influence the sales work in meetings with customers
• Through your knowledge of products, materials, and trends, be a key person for every visitor

You will work in a team with the Salespeople, whom you will train and support in the daily work of product displays. You will report to the Store Manager and Sales Leader.

We are looking for

• Several years of experience in sales and service, preferably in retail
• Work experience in a similar role
• Education as a Visual Merchandiser or equivalent studies
• A strong interest and sense for fashion, trends, color, and form

To succeed in this role, you are passionate about fashion and trends and see sales opportunities in everything you do. Furthermore, you are creative and analytical and used to taking your own initiatives within given frameworks. You are good at communicating and engaging others. You are positive, goal-oriented, and flexible. You should also enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and can prioritize your work effectively.

The position is a permanent employment of 30 hours/week full-time, and we hope you can start with us in November.
