We are looking for someone with at least two years of experience as a property caretaker and a passion for customer service. You will join a company with employees who want to achieve even more.

About the role

As a property caretaker/property technician with us, you will work in a team with colleagues from different departments to deliver high quality to our customers. Our clients include housing associations, private landlords, and property owners with commercial properties and premises. In addition to supervision, maintenance, and corrective maintenance, the role includes tasks related to SBA and energy. You will have great opportunities to develop in your role and within property management. As a property caretaker/property technician, you will spend most of your workday in the properties we manage. You will use a service vehicle, so a B driver's license is required.

• At least 2 years of experience in property maintenance/property management
• Relevant education from high school or vocational school is a plus
• Good understanding of property technology and basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• B driver's license

Furthermore, we see that you are service-oriented with a sense of professional customer interaction. You are also responsible and have the ability to always prioritize the customer's best interests.
