We are looking for an Operations Manager for our client in the real estate industry! Do you want to work in an important and varied role focusing on technology, energy, and indoor environment? We are now looking for someone who wants to take responsibility for the operations in one of our districts.

As an Operations Manager, you will, among other things:

• Be responsible for the district's energy systems, including the management of computerized heating and ventilation systems.
• Monitor and analyze energy performance and manage OVK.
• Participate in setting goals for energy and media consumption within the district.
• Provide expert support on issues related to indoor comfort.
• Support area managers and property coordinators in technical matters.
• Prepare budget proposals for the technical area within the district.
• Ensure that decided measures are implemented – either personally or through project orders.
• Represent the district in new and renovation projects regarding operational technical issues.
• Be responsible for workplace safety issues in project planning and sometimes during implementation.
• Participate in other tasks that may arise within the district.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a KY education in energy or equivalent competence through experience.
• Has solid knowledge of energy systems, control and regulation technology, HVAC, measurement methods, and electricity.
• Has several years of experience in similar tasks.
• Is self-driven, structured, and has an easy time collaborating.
• Has high quality in your work and is meticulous and professional.

Meritorious: – Electrical authorization (BB2) – Certification as an energy expert – Authorization as an OVK inspector Additional information:

• Location: District Järva
• Assignment: Consulting assignment from June/July 2025 to April 2026
• Working hours: Weekdays 08:00–17:00
