As a Project Manager in installation at Balder, you will join a forward-looking organization. Our properties encompass many different types of businesses and customers, and our technical installations are equally varied.

We are currently looking for a driven installation project manager with a focus on Ventilation to our office in Stockholm.

Your main task will be to drive projects within installation, operation, and energy with the goal of optimizing our facilities, reducing energy consumption, and creating a better indoor climate. As a project manager, you will have broad contact areas and be responsible for the projects throughout the entire process – from feasibility studies and procurement to production phase, final inspection, and handover to operations managers, both internally and externally. You will lead the installation projects in close collaboration with the operations, management, and project organization. The position also includes providing support on issues related to contract law, contract forms, and other technical project matters.

You will pick both low-hanging fruits and sow grass where needed. By your side, you have colleagues who go from words to action. We need someone who shows us where to go on this matter and who takes care of the installations that require time and energy.

In the role of installation project manager, you will also be responsible for:

• Preparation of feasibility studies and establishment of tender documents, including leading projects in production to final inspection
• Procurement of contractors
• Project law with contracts with contractors and contacts with authorities.
• Overall responsibility for technical solutions, time, and budget in projects.

We want to be more precise. As an Installation Project Manager, you will base your work on data. This data is produced in collaboration with other colleagues in the department. We follow up on this and outcomes to make better decisions moving forward!

Your profile We are looking for someone with relevant education in construction and installations and at least 5 years of work experience as a project manager in Ventilation. It is advantageous if you have a background as a contractor or come from the consulting/real estate sector. To succeed in the role, you have a good understanding of the project process and installation technology within renovation projects. As a person, you are engaged, business-minded, and have an unpretentious attitude.
