We are looking for a customer service representative for our car workshop

We are now looking for a service-minded and driven customer service representative for our car workshop. The tasks include booking customers for service and repairs, planning jobs for the mechanics, processing payments from customers, and ordering spare parts. You should have a good knowledge of cars and be fluent in both spoken and written Swedish. A strong focus is placed on providing excellent service and achieving customer satisfaction.

We want you to be passionate about working with people and service. You, as an applicant, should find it easy to connect with new people and thrive in a flexible work environment. You should also have a very good sense of service.

You should be:

• Engaged, responsible, and service-oriented
• Technical education in automotive or experience in the automotive industry
• Organized
• Computer literate
• Good knowledge of Swedish, English, and Polish
• Have a B driver's license

Requirements:

• Fluent in Swedish
• Basic Polish
• Basic English

The position is full-time. We apply a six-month probationary period and thereafter a permanent employment with individual salary setting. Selection and interviews are ongoing.
