We are looking for an eviction prevention investigator for an assignment in Stockholm.

This is a consulting assignment.

The position is full-time.

The assignment involves close collaboration with the client, which places high demands on flexibility and teamwork.

The Assignment

The client is looking for a positive, calm, and organized person who enjoys working with extensive customer contacts. Do you focus on building good relationships and strive to find solutions?

Your role as an investigator in eviction prevention involves investigating, following up, and managing late payers and tenants with current rent arrears. You will work systematically with the client's developed methodological support, with significant personal responsibility and a great opportunity to influence. The primary goals of your work are for our tenants to be able to pay their rent on time and ultimately be able to keep their homes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with rental lawyers, other investigators, and property managers.
• Represent the client externally in meetings with our tenants, authorities, and other housing companies in our residential areas.
• Collaborate with collection agencies and the Enforcement Authority.
• Represent the client in meetings with the social services in the City of Stockholm.
• Develop and maintain close cooperation with the social services in the City of Stockholm.
• Handle authority contacts in connection with investigations.
• Work with outreach activities for late payers in collaboration with social services.
• Participate in and subsequently manage cases in the rent tribunal.
• Calculate and report financial key figures in monthly and quarterly reports.
• Manage the legal process with late payers and thus handle cases in the rent tribunal.

Requirements (IMPORTANT, mandatory)

Higher education as a social worker or relevant work experience with eviction prevention investigations or as a social worker in financial assistance for at least 3 years. Several years of relevant work experience, e.g., as a social worker in financial assistance or eviction prevention investigations in housing companies. A driver's license and driving experience are required for the assignment. Good ability to express oneself verbally and in writing in Swedish.

Meritorious

Knowledge of rental law is meritorious. Experience with financial assistance is meritorious. Ability to express oneself verbally in English and other languages is meritorious. Work experience in a housing company is strongly meritorious.
