We’re currently looking for a skilled Art Director to support a company in the energy industry with visual communication and design work. 

This is a part-time assignment that starts in July 2025 and runs to July 2028, with possible extension. The assignment offers up to 30 hours per month with a possibility to adjust scope during the course of the assignment. The work is remote-flexible with occasional presence in Lund.

About the role In this role, you’ll work closely with internal teams to translate complex service offerings into easy-to-understand visual formats. You’ll develop and adapt a range of digital and print materials aligned with the company’s established visual identity. You’ll be part of a collaborative team and report to the marketing or communications department.

Responsibilities

• Translate abstract or complex service concepts into clear and compelling visual designs
• Design and produce print-ready materials, templates, banners, icons, and logos
• Ensure all materials follow the company’s graphic guidelines and visual identity
• Create design assets that are compatible with PC systems
• Develop original files and templates that can be reused across departments
• Provide visual structure and clarity to internal and external communication materials

About you You are a detail-oriented Art Director with a strong foundation in graphic design and visual storytelling. Your ability to simplify complex topics into intuitive visuals is one of your core strengths. You’re comfortable working independently on part-time assignments and are skilled at aligning your creative work with brand standards.

Experience and skills

• Proven experience as an Art Director or Graphic Designer with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
• Strong ability to visualize complex services in a clear, user-friendly manner
• Familiarity with working within and adapting to an established visual identity
• Experience creating print- and digital-ready assets that are compatible with PC platforms
• Understanding of the energy industry and its communication challenges (preferred)
• Professional proficiency in Swedish

For this assignment you will be hired as a full-time consultant by Digitalenta.
