Do you love transforming data into action and helping companies develop their E-Commerce? Do you have a strong interest in customer journeys and smart solutions? We are looking for a Business Consultant to join our team – someone who enjoys working closely with clients and can ask the right questions. If you have the ability to provide clients with strategic support and guidance, helping them deliver better customer experiences, you could be the one we are looking for! Together with our existing Customer Experience team, we can provide you with all the data and insights you could wish for – but it is you who transforms that into concrete and value-creating actions for your clients.

We are looking for someone who is analytical, proactive, and communicative. You thrive in the consulting role and enjoy developing the client's business. You prefer to work from our office but also understand the importance of meeting clients face-to-face. You will be part of our global CX team and have daily contact with colleagues in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, the UK, and several other countries.

• Experience working analytically with tools such as GA4, Hotjar, GTM, Content Square, Dynamic Yield, or other relevant tools
• A strong ability to communicate and guide clients – preferably from a previous consulting role
• Experience leading growth initiatives for e-commerce companies – either in internal roles or as an external partner.
• A practical approach and curiosity that drives you to explore and test new opportunities

Please note - for this position, you are required to be fluent in Swedish and English. We do not offer relocation to Sweden and having a working VISA is a must.
