Are you interested in technology and want to work with the cleaning machines and robots of the future? We are looking for a Service Technician in Stockholm. Together with inspiring colleagues, you will become an important part of our vital service organization.

About the Service Technician position

As a Service Technician, you are one of the company's important faces to the outside world and have close contact with our customers. You have access to a well-equipped service vehicle and service and repair both cleaning machines and robots at customer sites, as well as in our service workshop at the regional office and Upplands Väsby. Your closest colleagues also work there, and there is a strong sense of community in the group.

In addition to the practical aspects, it is about building customer relationships, performing administrative tasks in the form of creating documentation for invoices and managing spare parts. As a Service Technician, you are part of a larger service organization within the OrboTech Group with technicians from Malmö in the south to Gällivare in the north, who support each other with continuous meetings and a strong sense of community. Your district is mainly central Stockholm, but you may need to cover around Mälardalen.

The position is full-time and the employment is permanent, with working hours on weekdays between 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

You have great opportunities to plan your workday and travels yourself, but it is important to be flexible, as conditions and priorities can change quickly.

Who are we looking for?

We envision our new colleague as a social, curious, and solution-oriented person who loves to work in a structured way but is still flexible when conditions change.

• Has a helpful personality and a strong interest in technology.
• Has previous professional experience in installation, repair, and service.
• Possesses basic knowledge of electricity.
• Is computer literate and has good language skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Has a B driver's license.
