Sorma Sweden AB started in 2007 and has since developed into a leading supplier of cleaning machines with strong brands. The head office is located in Solna, and for several years now, we have also had local offices in Norrköping and Norberg. Sorma works extensively with sustainability and offers a wide range of cleaning machines and market-leading environmental technologies. Their offerings include everything from installation and training to service and spare parts.

Job responsibilities

As a service technician at Sorma, your days will be varied, and your tasks will include repairs and preventive maintenance on battery and diesel-powered cleaning machines. The work is diverse and primarily involves assignments within the Mälardalen region, but travel with overnight stays outside the region may occur as needed. Since most jobs are performed on-site at the customer's location, the role involves a lot of customer contact. You will have access to your own service vehicle and will start your day from home, heading directly to the customer.

    Education, experience, and personal qualities

      • Completed upper secondary education, preferably with a technical focus
      • Previous experience as a repair technician, assembler, or similar
      • You express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish and English
      • Driver's license B
      • Experience in electrical or mechanical work, as well as possession of an extended driver's license, is considered an advantage

      To thrive in this role, you enjoy working independently with varied workdays. Furthermore, you have a technical interest and take great ownership of your work. You are meticulous and have the ability to create structure among your tasks. You are comfortable managing your own days and can prioritize the right things. Since the position involves a lot of customer contact, you understand the importance of good communication, appreciate helping others, and always put the customer first. Additionally, you are flexible in your work approach and are happy to assist wherever needed.
