We are currently seeking a Field Lead for Hemfrid in Kalmar.

Your responsibilities:

As a Field Lead, you will work pedagogically and coachingly. You will be responsible for training new employees and coaching existing colleagues at Hemfrid in Malmö. In this role, you, along with your immediate supervisor, will be responsible for the training and knowledge provided to the new colleagues.

You will work based on a pedagogical model and guide the new employee, as well as existing staff, in the guidelines and policies for Hemfrid's work with our customers. In this role, you will provide your colleagues with the best possible conditions and a positive and secure support to succeed in their work with us at Hemfrid. As a Field Lead, you will not have any fixed customers to visit, but you will introduce your new colleagues to the customers' homes where the new employee will then work. Furthermore, you will conduct customer visits for coaching purposes for existing employees and be responsible for quality assurance of various cleaning assignments carried out at our customers' locations. Finally, you will, if necessary, support our Area Managers with various administrative tasks during illness or absence.

Your responsibilities include, among others:

• Training and coaching of new employees in our customers' private homes
• Follow-up of new colleagues after completed training
• Quality assurance for cleaning assignments
• Quality-enhancing measures for the team
• Conducting cleaning training in groups
• Being an expert on cleaning agents and materials
• Participating actively in work that develops the team
• Covering for our Area Managers during illness and absence
• Customer follow-up and customer visits as needed

You will work both at our customers' locations in Kalmar with training of our new Hemfrid employees, as well as in the office with physical classroom teaching and other administrative tasks.

Your profile

As a Field Lead, we are looking for someone who is passionate about coaching and developing their colleagues. You are pedagogical, patient, and responsible. Being meticulous and structured is important to you, and you also need to be engaged and have a positive attitude. Of course, you should be passionate about cleaning, just like we are!

For this position, we require that you:

• Have very good previous experience in home cleaning
• Hold a B driver's license (from Sweden or the EU)
• Have good language skills in both Swedish and English
• Can work flexible hours Monday to Friday between 8 AM and 5 PM

It is an advantage if you:

• Have worked in a leading role within cleaning and have experience with administrative tools
• Have access to your own car
• Have experience in window cleaning, any service profession, or other types of cleaning
