Right now, we are looking for a Field Lead for Hemfrid in Kalmar.

Your responsibilities:

As a Field Lead, you work in an educational and coaching role. You are responsible for the training of newly hired employees and coaching of existing colleagues at Hemfrid in Malmö. In this role, you, together with your immediate manager, are responsible for the training and knowledge that the new colleagues provide.

You work based on an educational model and guide the newly hired, as well as existing employees, in guidelines and policies for Hemfrid's work at our customers' homes. The role includes providing your colleagues with the very best conditions and a positive and secure support for them to succeed in their work with us at Hemfrid. As a Field Lead, you do not have any fixed customers to visit, instead, you will introduce your new colleagues to the customers' homes where the newly hired employee will work. Furthermore, you conduct customer visits for coaching purposes for the existing employees and are responsible for ensuring the quality of various cleaning tasks performed at our customers' homes. Finally, you will, when needed, support our Area Managers in various administrative tasks in case of illness or absence.

Your tasks include, among others:

• Training and coaching of newly hired employees in our customers' private homes
• Follow-up of new colleague after completed training
• Quality assurance for cleaning tasks
• Quality-enhancing measures for the team
• Conducting cleaning training in groups
• Being an expert on tools and materials
• Engaging in tasks that develop the team
• Covering for our Area Managers in case of illness or absence
• Customer follow-up and visits when needed

You will work both at our customers' homes in Kalmar training our newly hired Hemfrid employees, as well as at the office with, among other things, physical classroom training and other administrative tasks.

Your profile

As a Field Lead, we are looking for someone who is passionate about coaching and developing their colleagues. You are educational, patient, and responsible. Being thorough and structured is important to you, and you also need to be engaged and have a positive attitude. Of course, you must have a passion for cleaning, just like we do!

For this position, we require that you:

• Have very good previous experience in home cleaning
• Hold a B driver's license (from Sweden or EU)
• Have good language skills in both Swedish and English
• Be able to work flexible hours Monday to Friday between 8 am and 5 pm

It is advantageous if you:

• Have worked in a leadership role specifically in cleaning and have previous experience with administrative tools
• Have access to your own car
• Have experience in window cleaning, another service profession, or other types of cleaning
