Apotea is looking for three Group Managers, one for evenings, one for nights, and one for weekends Do you want to take the next step in your leadership journey in a fast-paced, innovative, and sustainable business? We are now looking for three driven Group Managers for our logistics operations in Morgongåva – one for evening shifts, one for night shifts, and one for weekend shifts. The role of Group Manager As a Group Manager, you are at the heart of the operation, where you lead and allocate the daily work for your team of about 30 people. You are a present leader who works side by side with your team to ensure that we meet our deadlines and achieve our goals. You develop and coach about 6 team leaders who all strive for us to achieve our common goals together. With your operational input, you actively contribute suggestions for improvements in work methods and processes. You report directly to the operations manager and collaborate closely with your Group Manager colleagues and the Logistics Manager. Scope of the positions: Evening shift: Working hours in the afternoon/evening. Night shift: Working hours during the night. Weekend shift: Primarily working on weekends, with varying hours. All three positions are full-time and permanent, with a 6-month probationary period. All three positions are based at our logistics center in Morgongåva and require full presence on-site – no hybrid solutions are possible. What are we looking for in you? As a leader with us, you are a role model who practices what you preach. You enjoy being operational and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed. You have the ability to lead both personnel and processes forward in a dynamic and changing production environment. Our business is extensive and complex, and you and your team see change as a natural part of the work.  To succeed in the role, we believe you have

• At least 2 years of experience as a supervisor, team leader, or group manager where you have been responsible for employee performance, work environment, and daily priorities
• Good experience working shifts, unsociable hours, or in similar conditions
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems
• You have experience giving clear instructions and following up on work efforts 
• Experience holding meetings, providing feedback, managing conflicts, and reaching out to both new and experienced employees.
• You have good computer skills and can work in simple systems

Preferable if you have

• Basic knowledge of occupational health and safety legislation or collective agreements
