About the job: In this role, you will actively combine cleaning work with leadership, coaching, and coordination of the team. You are the key to ensuring our guests have the best experience – every time. • Participate in daily cleaning of the hotel
• Assist the regular supervisor with personnel responsibility, planning, and scheduling when they are off.
• Lead and support the team in daily cleaning tasks in hotel rooms and common areas
• Ensure that work is performed according to standards and guarantee that our guests receive the best possible service
• Maintain ongoing dialogue with the hotel's contact persons

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is passionate about service, has an eye for detail, and is organized in their work. You are responsible, motivating, and see challenges as opportunities. Experience in hotel cleaning and team leadership is highly meritorious, but we value your engagement and your desire to provide guests with a wonderful hotel experience the most!

• You preferably have previous experience in cleaning and team leadership
• You are positive, solution-oriented, and a natural team player
• You are communicative and confident in both Swedish and English
• You understand the importance of quality and precision in your work
