Part-Time Job as Production Staff at Dagab

We are now looking for students or part-time workers for extra jobs. We would like you to be able to work full-time over the summer and 2-3 shifts per week thereafter.

About the Position

Dagab is currently in a very exciting phase where the organization and people are building up the business. As a production staff member at Dagab, you will ensure that groceries are delivered on time and with the expected quality to our stores across the country. The logistics center in Bålsta is divided into three main temperature zones: dry, chilled, and frozen. As a production staff member, the work will largely involve semi-automatic picking, and you will rotate between all temperature zones. Initially, the work will be scheduled from Sunday to Friday, and you are expected to be able to work during the day, evening, and night. Therefore, it is required of you as an individual to be flexible and appreciate change. Since the warehouse is located a bit away from the nearest stop, we prefer that you have a car and a driver's license.

To succeed in this role, we see that you are a person who enjoys developing in your individual work as well as being part of a team, and you do it with a positive attitude. The job requires a significant amount of physical work, and we see it as a great advantage if you have that experience and understand the importance of good ergonomic working methods. Furthermore, you should feel comfortable working towards both the facility's goal management as well as individual goals.

Experience and Skills

You must be at least 18 years old
Swedish and English in spoken and written form
Desirable to have an interest in IT and technology
Forklift license is an advantage but not a requirement.
