Job Description

As a corporate lawyer at Oneflow, you will be responsible for the company's legal matters. You will primarily work with contract negotiations, contract interpretations, GDPR, data protection, compliance, labor law issues, both for the headquarters and international subsidiaries, among others. You will also act as the secretary of the board. You report directly to the company's CFO.

Furthermore, the position includes monitoring new legislation and directives that will affect Oneflow's operations. You will also conduct relevant internal training.

The role is broad and involves close contact with all parts of the business to provide legal support where needed, and you need to have the ability to explain legal issues to non-lawyers.

Who are you?

You have a Swedish law degree and between 5-7 years of experience in qualified legal work primarily in contract law, GDPR, and data protection issues from a law firm or company.

It is an advantage to have:

• Experience in international work, preferably from the IT industry
• Experience working with the eIDAS regulation and labor law
• A genuine interest in technology and understanding of a technical environment, including knowledge of SaaS product development
• Experience negotiating commercial contracts and data protection agreements

It is a requirement that you can express yourself very well in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.

As a person, you have good judgment, integrity, are structured, responsible, and a good communicator. You are driven, social, and enjoy having many points of contact both internally and externally. You thrive working independently as part of a larger context. Furthermore, you are solution-oriented, a business-minded team player, have good collaboration skills, and are unpretentious in your approach.

The pace is high, and you enjoy juggling many tasks at once.
