CSRD Consultant

The Sustainability Agency is growing and looking for sustainability consultants specializing in CSRD in Stockholm and Gothenburg. Are you well-versed in the new CSRD directive and want to support companies in implementing and complying with it? The Sustainability Agency is now seeking driven and competent sustainability consultants to take on assignments of various kinds and scopes, with a focus on CSRD.

About the role:

As a sustainability consultant within CSRD, you will either work directly with client projects or be on-site with clients for interim assignments. We offer a flexible role where you will have the opportunity to work closely with companies facing the requirements of the new CSRD directive. In some cases, this means supporting companies in developing and implementing sustainability reporting strategies, while in other cases, you will work in an interim capacity as an extension of the client's team. The role requires good collaboration skills, high adaptability, and the ability to communicate complex issues in a simple manner.

You will start your employment with us as an hourly or project-based employee, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role or a longer collaboration in the future. For those who already run their own business, we also offer the opportunity to collaborate as a subcontractor.

Qualifications:

• Relevant academic education in sustainable development, business administration, or similar.
• At least 3 years of experience working in the sustainability field. Training in CSRD.
• Documented experience in sustainability reporting.
• Experience using IT systems for sustainability reporting or similar.
• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
• Good communication skills and experience presenting sustainability solutions to various stakeholders in different contexts.

Preferred:

• Experience implementing and reporting according to CSRD.
• Experience leading larger sustainability projects.
• Experience implementing IT systems for sustainability work.
