The Fishery, led by Malin Söderström and Carl Ullsten, is a modern, innovative restaurant in an open restaurant landscape, Teatern in Ringens Shopping Center in Skanstull. In the theater, there are 9 other operators such as Marco Badoune, Adam and Albin, and Sayan Isaksson. Each has a clear focus, and ours is seafood. We serve many guests quickly from our small kitchen with food cooked from scratch. The kitchen is completely open, and all employees meet the guests. We are a small but close-knit team that works with positivity, precision, and efficiency as our guiding principles. The menu is short but has great variety. Some examples include our Crispy Fish, Fishtaco, and Salad with Hot Smoked Salmon. When it comes to drinks, we have chosen to focus primarily on sparkling options such as Cava, Prosecco, and Champagne.

Our unit at Brunkebergstorg is based on the same concept as in Teatern, but there we have our own location. The menu and serving style are structured in the same way. We are looking for cheerful, positive, and ambitious chefs who want to continue developing a successful concept together with us. You enjoy working towards set goals and ensuring high quality. You find it easy to work in a team, have good organizational skills, love a clean kitchen, and enjoy meeting guests as we work in an open kitchen. Typical tasks in a restaurant kitchen include meeting guests in our open kitchen, handling orders, working towards our set goals, and ensuring a good work environment and team spirit.
