The Role

Hermods Komvux is now looking for licensed and qualified teachers who want to work with remote teaching! Teaching, assignments, and feedback are done directly in our learning platform and the courses are developed with a clear course structure, and you will receive training in the digital systems in which the courses will be conducted.

Primarily, teaching is your assignment, but we also appreciate if you have an interest in working with course development – focus GY25. During the spring, we will develop completely new courses but also update existing ones. The courses are created in our learning platform and should be usable by other teachers teaching the same subjects.

You will be part of work teams and subject teams together with other teachers across Sweden.

Requirements and Your Competence

We require that you are licensed and qualified in one of the relevant subjects. You need to have good digital skills and be quick to learn new digital systems and meeting tools. We prefer if you have experience in adult education, but not a requirement. You can work systematically in an existing course structure and spend the majority of your time ensuring that the student reaches the course goals through feedback, motivating clarifications, corrections, assessments, and grading. You have some interest in course development.

Employment

We offer you a fixed-term employment where you can influence your level of employment and to some extent your working hours. The position is entirely remote, which means it doesn't matter where in Sweden you live. For us, it is most important to find the right competence.
