About the Role
In this role, it is of utmost importance that you provide customers with first-class service both during customer contact and in the subsequent administrative work. The computer will be your primary tool as you mainly interact with customers via phone and handle subscriptions in various systems. We always strive to resolve the customer's issue at the first contact. We aim to provide a positive customer experience and create added value for both the customer and the company.
