We are now looking for an ambitious and goal-oriented SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Who is passionate about creating long-term customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities. With a geographical focus on Mälardalen and Norrland, you will be responsible for developing our customer contacts – both within existing accounts and by approaching new customers. You will build strong networks with installers, project managers, and purchasers, as well as educate resellers and customers on our product range. Your work also involves participating in trade fairs, both nationally and internationally, to strengthen our customer relationships. You will work closely with our Nordic sales team, consisting of inside sales representatives, salespeople, and a product specialist, and report to our Sales Manager. Together, we strive to achieve our goals and continuously improve sales processes. The role also includes reporting sales results and setting goals that promote both the company's and your own development. To ensure the best service on the market, you will participate in pulse meetings every week and work to meet high customer expectations. With headquarters, warehouse, and training center in Värnamo, Nordmount offers fully Swedish solutions from design to production. YOUR PROFILE
We are looking for someone with experience in B2B sales, driven to create business and build long-term customer relationships. You have a strong business understanding, are goal-oriented, and take full responsibility for the entire sales process – from the first customer contact to closing the deal. As an independent and solution-oriented person, you enjoy working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you have the opportunity to independently drive business and act in short decision-making paths. At Nordmount, you will be a key person with great freedom to structure your work and find new ways to maximize business benefits, both for our customers and for the business. You actively contribute to the team by sharing your insights and success strategies, helping the entire organization grow. Your drive and commitment to deliver results mean that you enjoy taking initiative and constantly evolving. You also have a strong interest in learning about our products and a clear understanding of the importance of continuously adapting to both customer and company's changing needs.
