Professionals Nord is recruiting a Customer Service Team Lead for Proteinbolaget. Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Team Lead, you are responsible for leading a small team geographically dispersed and the daily operations, with 15–25% of your time dedicated to leadership, while the remaining time is spent operationally as part of the team. You ensure that the team achieves set KPIs, with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality. Your work involves analyzing deviations, taking actions, and collaborating with relevant departments to drive improvements and optimize processes.
- Handle customer service issues via email and chat
- Manage the order handling of corporate customers
- Conduct weekly meetings and individual 1:1s with the team
- Analyze results and work proactively to develop processes and ways of working
- Work operationally with the team in the daily operations
We are looking for someone who has previous work experience in customer service. It is a plus if you have documented leadership experience, but at least good leadership qualities. You have good system knowledge and are adept at navigating various business systems. Furthermore, you have good knowledge and are comfortable in Swedish and English both verbally and in writing. We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in supplements, fitness, and health, who looks forward to learning a lot in their new role.
It is a plus if you are proficient in Norwegian or Finnish and have previously worked in any of the systems Zendesk Explore, Business Central, or Ongoing Warehouse.
For this position, personal qualities are important, and we are looking for someone who is customer service-oriented and passionate about creating positive customer experiences. You have natural leadership qualities and a strong analytical ability that helps you identify patterns, understand the causes of challenges, and suggest improvements. You are a team player with good collaboration skills and the ability to communicate clearly and inspiringly with both colleagues and customers. Your communicative strength makes you an effective team leader who creates engagement and drives the team towards common goals. WORKING HOURS: Every other week, you work in the morning or afternoon. Morning: Monday-Friday 7-16. Afternoon: Monday-Thursday 10-19, Friday 7-16.
