Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Agent at Proteinbolaget, your main task will be to provide excellent service to online customers and corporate clients. Proteinbolaget operates in the Nordic market, and you will handle inquiries primarily via email and chat. The work also includes order management and booking deliveries for corporate clients. The role is target-driven, and you actively work to achieve set KPIs and contribute to the team's success.

We are looking for someone who has previous experience in customer service and is excellent at it. You have good system knowledge and are adept at navigating various business systems. Furthermore, you have good language skills and are comfortable in both spoken and written Swedish and English. We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in supplements, training, and health, who looks forward to learning a lot in their new role.

It is advantageous if you are proficient in Norwegian or Finnish and have previous experience with systems like Zendesk Explore, Business Central, or Ongoing Warehouse.

In this position, we believe that your personal qualities are crucial to how well you will thrive and perform as a Customer Service Agent at Proteinbolaget. You are responsible and take ownership of your tasks from start to finish. You are structured and have the ability to organize your work efficiently, which is particularly important as you will be working in several different systems. Working hours

Every other week, you will work in the morning or afternoon. Morning: Monday-Friday 7-16. Afternoon: Monday-Thursday 10-19, Friday 7-16.
