Karlskoga Hotel, a newly renovated facility offering modern hotel rooms, efficient conference spaces, and a fantastic dining hall where we serve our popular lunches. The hotel is in an expansive phase and the demand for our services is increasing day by day. Therefore, we need to further strengthen our professional organization.

We are in need of reinforcement in our reception and are therefore looking for new receptionists!

You enjoy working! In our reception, you will work on all tasks, with a focus on the personal interaction with our guests. Together with your colleagues, you are the face of the hotel.

You know what hospitality is and enjoy providing service in all situations, being friendly even on a bad day, giving the guest something to remember during their visit. You like to have order and tidiness around you and enjoy working with other people. You are quick to learn and enjoy having a variety of tasks. We place great importance on your personal qualities.

Receptionist

You will handle bookings and inquiries from our guests, check-ins and check-outs during the day, cash management. As we have lunch service, you will take lunch orders and payments. We also offer a bar in the evenings. You will assist with cleaning and in the kitchen with serving & dishwashing as needed.

You will work according to a schedule, including day, evening, and weekends, with an extent of approximately 75%.

You have a high school education, preferably with a focus on hotel and restaurant or experience to a similar degree. You have good Swedish and English language skills in speech and writing. You need to have worked in reception or hotel for some time.
