Work as a Security Guard at Avarn Security

As an employee at Avarn Security, you will have an exciting everyday life where your task is to strengthen our customers' security, prevent incidents, and ensure a safer environment. In stationary surveillance, you work at the customer's premises. This can involve everything from reception work to patrolling and manning security control rooms.

Working hours: We are looking for employees and summer substitutes for the summer of 2025

Duration: Temporary employment and summer substitute full-time (June/July/August)

Qualifications

We are looking for new employees who are security-conscious, service-oriented, stress-resistant, responsible, and positive individuals with inner security and a natural drive to help. We place great emphasis on your ability to work in a team but also on your ability to solve problems independently.

As a security guard at our facility outside Hallsberg, you will work in various environments with very diverse tasks. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, has a clear service-oriented commitment, and is technically proficient. More information will be provided during the interview process.

Our general requirements for applicants are:

• be at least 18 years old and have a clean record
• be drug-free
• have completed high school education with satisfactory grades
• very good Swedish language skills in speech and writing
• have good health and physical fitness
• have a stable financial situation
• hold a B driver's license and have access to your own car
• be technically proficient
• be a Swedish citizen

Preferred qualifications for the position

• Several years of experience working in the security industry
• Security guard training
• Security officer training Vu1 and Vu 2
• HAS training
• Experience in independent work

If you have the right profile for Avarn and you progress in the process but do not already have the required training (Security Guard), we will provide your training! Security guard training (8 days) is conducted at BYA Security Industry's Professional and Work Environment Board. Participation in this training is a prerequisite for employment, including approved security clearance and approved HAS training.
