Located in the heart of Laxå is an industrial pioneer making an impact on the market – Talent Plastics.

With a focus on injection-molded products in thermoplastics, the company delivers solutions to customers in the automotive, engineering, and consumer products industries. With an annual turnover of over 100 million SEK, the success is attributed to a team of 52 dedicated employees who collectively drive the business forward. Talent Plastics is now seeking an employee for a new and exciting position – Customer and Project Support – a role that promises both challenges and opportunities for development.

Your Future Challenge

While Talent Plastics Laxå AB may have the character of a small company with rapid adaptability, being part of the Talent Plastics group allows them to benefit from the advantages and resources of a larger corporation. With 32 injection molding machines and a production line operating at full capacity, the company continues to expand – with the contributions of its employees being a central component.

However, success requires collaboration and communication. As a customer and project support, you will be the indispensable link between salespeople, project managers, and the company's customers. This role demands more than just administrative skills; it also requires a sharp business acumen, problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to be involved in the company's continued growth.

This position offers much more than routine tasks. As a customer and project support, your workday will be diverse and filled with new challenges. You will work closely with our sales team and play a key role in profitability monitoring and price analysis for negotiations with customers. You will also have close contact with project managers and quality assurance to establish processes and quality assurance documents (register PPAP). The role of customer and project support also includes reporting material in a web-based database, IMDS.

This is also a role where you will have direct contact with customers, participate in customer meetings, and support the sales team in their work. In other words, a position where you can truly make a difference, both for the company and for customers.

Are You the One We're Looking For?

To succeed in the role of customer and project support, you have completed upper secondary education and have a strong administrative background and experience in industrial operations, preferably automotive. It is an advantage if you have worked with business systems, such as Monitor, and are comfortable working in Excel and the Office suite. You also need to be comfortable communicating in both Swedish and English, as you will have contact with both Swedish and international customers and suppliers.

But perhaps most importantly – we are looking for a solution-oriented person who is as skilled at collaborating as they are at taking initiative.
