About the positionWe are looking for a dedicated and driven Assembly Manager to Essverk in Grängesberg. You will have a key role in planning, leading, and executing assembly projects from start to finish. Through close collaboration with customers, suppliers, and colleagues, you ensure successful deliveries that meet high quality standards. In this role, you will work in a dynamic and high-tech environment where you have the opportunity to combine technical problem-solving with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Planning and coordination of assembly of Mining Machinery.
• Technical troubleshooting with a focus on mechanical aspects.
• Ensuring that work follows schedules, budgets, and quality requirements.
• Leading the assembly team and coordinating subcontractors.
• Documentation and reporting of project status.
• Personnel responsibility for a total of 8-10 people.
• Personnel interviews and salary setting in consultation with the CEO.
• Participating in customer visits internally and externally.
• Driving improvement processes within your area of responsibility.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanics.
• Experience in project management or coordination in technical projects.
• Previous personnel responsibility
• Proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Driver's license and ability to travel for work.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in industrial assembly or similar.
