Job Description

Protector offers insurance to corporate customers in both the private and public sectors. As a claims lawyer in our Liability team, you will play a key role in independently handling liability claims. This involves investigating insurance cases, assessing liability, and representing our insured parties against claimants. You will have regular contact with both internal and external parties, making your role both varied and dynamic.

You will be part of a competent team of claims lawyers and report directly to the Liability claims manager.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a law degree and at least three years of experience in handling liability claims. Additionally, experience in construction law and transport law is a significant advantage.

As a person, you are driven, efficient, and self-reliant, with a strong ability to take initiative. You have a good grasp of tort law and a sharp ability to identify what is important in each case. You are social, humble, and collaborate well with others. We work closely together in the team and support each other when needed, and we appreciate your willingness to share your knowledge.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have excellent customer service skills and a solution-oriented approach.
