About the Role

We are expanding our team and are now looking for additional Occupational Therapists to start immediately. If you have the expertise, are passionate about making a difference, and eager to grow and develop, then this is your opportunity to join our team and contribute to supporting our participants on their journey towards the job market. As an occupational therapist, you will be a valuable member of a team consisting of occupational therapists and job consultants.

In our 'Step to Employment' program, we focus on activity-based assessment sites, meaningful and developmental activities, and work trials. Our goal is to support and empower our participants to approach sustainable employment or studies with the support of the Swedish Public Employment Service. Come and be part of the positive change!

Requirements and Qualifications

It is advantageous if you have previous experience working with job seekers and have experience with activity-based assessments. The agreement requires working with the following occupational therapy tools: AWC, AWP, MOHOST, DOA, WRI. We work on behalf of the Swedish Public Employment Service, and strong communication skills in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, are crucial for success with us. We are looking for someone who enjoys working independently and in a team. Flexibility, structure, and accountability are qualities we highly value. Additionally, the ability to build and maintain relationships with people is of great importance, both with participants and colleagues, as well as our clients' contact persons.
