About our client

• Today, the team consists of three colleagues who together have solid experience in capital procurement, investment advisory, and real estate projects from some of Sweden's sharpest companies.

• They own, manage, and develop commercial properties, and have found a golden opportunity in the real estate market that they have successfully capitalized on.

• To achieve their short-term goals (3 - 4 years horizon), they intend to raise capital of 300 - 400 million SEK to take advantage of the market situation and continue to make really good investments. After that, the growth journey continues and the long-term plans ahead.

• Therefore, they are currently looking for their new colleague who wants to join their dedicated team, in a role focusing on capital procurement from wealthy individuals and entrepreneurs.

About the role

• Your focus in the role is on capital procurement for investment projects ranging between 20 - 50 million SEK per project.

• You drive the process from generating interest in your existing investor network, presenting the cases, to closing the deal. The role is optimized so that you can truly focus on customer interactions and avoid unnecessary administrative work.

• Like your colleagues, you are expected to maintain a high work pace, where they currently spend a lot of time on the phone in dialogue with potential investors.

Who are we looking for?

• You have worked in equity sales/unlisted equities for at least a couple of years and have built a strong contact book with investors who can invest between 1 - 10 million SEK per investment, and you have a good call list to continue calling when the contact book runs out.

• You want to move away from the corporate world and seek a more entrepreneurial environment.

• To fit in with your new colleagues, we believe that you are like-minded in that you have a strong inner drive to perform and a great desire to succeed, you are motivated to work together towards high set goals, and you take great ownership of your own work and ensure that you do what you can to achieve the goals.

• You have worked in similar roles before and can show good results. You know that there is tough work ahead of you to succeed in the role.
