Drakfastigheter is looking for substitute cleaners

Drakfastigheter is the property manager for the municipality of Sundsvall, ensuring that the municipality's premises offer a pleasant environment for those who use them. With approximately 230 employees, we are responsible for property management, cleaning, ongoing operations, as well as new construction, renovations, and extensions in municipal premises. We aim to provide efficient, purposeful, and environmentally friendly premises for Sundsvall municipality to conduct its operations.

As a cleaner at Drakfastigheter, you are an important team player in our service commitment and development work. We work ergonomically with modern tools and methods to promote a good work environment and health for our staff.

Job Responsibilities

In the position of a cleaner, your main tasks include cleaning work surfaces, floors, floor care, common areas, and toilets according to given instructions. You handle cleaning carts, cleaning machines, as well as documentation of work and self-checks.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with a B driver's license and good knowledge of Swedish. Experience in cleaning and service occupations is advantageous. Personal qualities such as service orientation, responsibility, teamwork, and flexibility are important to us.
