About the assignment

A family in Upplands Väsby with three children (3 years old & twins aged 9) wishes for help with childcare every other Tuesday between 3/4:00-6/7:00 PM. If everything goes well, the need will be expanded to 1 afternoon per week. The babysitter needs to have experience with autism.

• We want a salary structure that feels good for all skill profiles and ages, therefore, we open up for individual salary setting for everyone who has a high school diploma. For those still in high school, we have a fixed hourly wage of 127.38 - 159.48 SEK/hour including holiday pay.
• Overtime supplement and holiday weekend supplement
• Possibility of a fixed agreement with guaranteed hours
