Job Description:
The section leaders are in need of qualified support and coordination for a variety of administrative cross-sectional tasks. It is crucial that you can independently identify, prioritize, plan, and perform multiple parallel tasks. You will also contribute to the development and improvement of administrative support. This may involve streamlining administrative routines and implementing them in the business.
Some examples of tasks:
- Continuously perform and facilitate administrative work, such as document management in diary systems, taking notes at meetings, planning section meetings with the section leaders
- Work on the section's newsletters
- Develop and streamline administrative work processes
- Handling and planning on-boarding and off-boarding according to routine
- Drive minor improvement projects in work methods and tools
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education of at least 180 credits in a relevant area such as administration, economics, technology, or equivalent deemed equivalent.
- Experience in a coordinating role that includes administrative and operational support with tasks such as writing notes and compiling reports, at least 3 years.
- Experience in driving business development projects, at least 2 projects.
Additional Requirements
- Experience working in a politically governed organization, at least 2 years.
- Documented experience working in a technical infrastructure organization, at least 1 year.
- Experience in invoice management, at least 1 year.
- Experience in diary management, at least 1 year.
