Your role with us
As a Business Manager, you will be a key player in our expansion. You will work closely with the market and have a significant influence on both strategy and execution. In your daily work, you will:
- Actively engage new and existing customers and sell our solutions – from tailored talent programs to specialized expertise in tech.
- Identify and drive new business opportunities, helping customers on their tech journey by securing the right skills.
- Build long-term customer relationships and contribute to high customer satisfaction.
- Have the opportunity to take over existing customer relationships right from the start.

Who are you?
We believe you have:
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales from the IT or consulting industry.
- A proven ability to build new customer relationships and create results.
- A strong understanding of business and how we can create customer value.
- A great drive, curiosity, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working towards clear goals, and see KPIs as a tool for development. You are also a team player with high social competence who contributes to our strong culture. You communicate fluently in Swedish and have good knowledge of English.
